Now that 48 hours have come and gone, the results of these tests have come back, and the capital club released a statement that three players from the women’s section of the club (two players from the under-19 and one from the senior squad) have tested positive for the coronavirus.
After three positive results, PSG mentioned that those players will now undergo the proper health protocol that France has for the virus, which means a 14-day quarantine period.
The players will receive another test once the two weeks are up to see if they come back negative. Meanwhile, the rest of Féminine squads will begin training on Monday as the senior team begins preparation for the Women’s UEFA Champions League’s quarterfinals, which will resume August 22nd.
