Earlier this month, I went through and selected my 10 favorite goals from the 2019-20 Ligue 1 season. Now, the club has had their say.
In a video uploaded to PSG’s official YouTube channel, a total of 10 goals are featured and as you would imagine, quite a few come from Kylian Mbappé and Neymar Jr.
Those two superstars aren’t alone though, joining them in the countdown are Pablo Sarabia, Angel Di Maria, and surprisingly Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.
Unless there’s a drastic reversal, the Ligue 1 season will remain canceled and PSG will retain their ninth championship in club history. However, the season is not quite over yet. PSG still have the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue final to compete in as well as the UEFA Champions League, which should all take place in August.
The 2020-21 Ligue 1 season will reportedly begin on August 23. I know I’m not the only one looking forward to watching the guys score goals once again.
