Kylian Mbappé is starting to go a bit stir crazy without the UEFA Champions League.
On Sunday, the Paris Saint-Germain superstar posted a video on Instagram showing him grabbing a container of tiramisu out of the refrigerator with the iconic Champions League music playing in the background.
We last saw Mbappé and PSG in the Champions League on March 11 at the Parc des Princes where they defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-0 to advance to the quarter-finals.
The coronavirus forced the competition to suspend play shortly after but according to Olympique Lyonnais president Jean-Michel Aulas, the Champions League will resume on August 7.
PSG doesn’t know who they’re playing in the quarter-finals yet but if they can win the competition this year, it will be the club’s first Champions League title and the perfect segway into their 50th-anniversary celebrations next season.
