By a narrow margin, PSG Talk followers on Twitter voted and they believe Europe’s other top leagues should follow Ligue 1’s lead and end the 2019 season due to the coronavirus.
Do you think Europe's other top leagues should follow Ligue 1's lead and end the 2019-20 season due to the coronavirus?

The leagues in question include the Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, and Serie A. Late last month, French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe announced that sporting events in France could not take place until at least September. This effectively canceled the Ligue 1 season and Paris Saint-Germain were handed their ninth league title.
It was a bold move by the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) to end the season and it’s not one that other leagues are prepared to do. We learned on Thursday that the Bundesliga would resume on May 16 behind closed doors and signs are pointing to the other leagues moving forward with completing their season as well.
This presents a major problem for PSG because they are still alive in the UEFA Champions League after defeating Borussia Dortmund last March to reach the quarter-finals. With the Champions League set to resume in August, their potential opponent would have several league games to get back to match fitness while PSG can only train and scrimmage against each other starting in June at the earliest.
Personally, I think France made the right decision but with so much more money on the line in those other leagues, it’s not surprising to see them push forward even though the integrity of the season has been greatly compromised.
