Silva’s Agent Claims There is ‘Nothing With Milan’ and That the PSG Captain Can Play For 5 More Years (He’s 35…)

Although reports of dialogue between Paris Saint-Germain and Thiago Silva on a possible extension is ongoing, there are other clubs reportedly interested in the services of O Monstro.

One of the clubs that are reportedly interested in the 35-year-old is his former club AC Milan; however, according to Silva’s agent, Paulo Tonietto, who went on Milan Live (via ParisFans) to debunk this rumor.

“There is nothing. Thiago Silva has five years left in which he will continue to play, but there is still nothing defined as to a team in which he will end his career,” Tonietto said. “For the moment, there is nothing with Milan. I have not been contacted by anyone.”

Everton FC is the other club that is looking at bringing the Brazil international to Goodison Park as former PSG manager Carlo Ancelotti would like to add a veteran presence on the back end.

Meanwhile, the current PSG manager, Thomas Tuchel, is looking for a way for Silva to remain in Paris. It’s one of the fundamental disagreements that the German manager is having with Leonardo, PSG’s sporting director.

With AC Milan possibly out of the picture, Silva’s chances of remaining in Paris could go up, especially if Tuchel can get his way.
