There’s potentially terrible news regarding one of Paris Saint-Germain’s most famous alumni.
According to Sky Sports, Zlatan Ibrahimovic could miss the rest of the season with AC Milan (and likely most of next season) as he went down injured in training with a possible Achilles injury.

Ibrahimovic joined Milan last January from the Los Angeles Galaxy and his contract is set to expire on June 30. The Rossoneri have the option to keep the Big Swede for another season but the severity of this injury could be the determining factor in whether they keep him or let his contract run out.
The 38-year-old Ibrahimovic left PSG after the 2015-16 season when he joined Manchester United on a free transfer. The outspoken striker has had a string of serious injuries since leaving including a previous Achilles injury last year and a cruciate ligament injury in 2017.
Father Time appears to be catching up to the ageless Ibrahimovic. Will this recent set-back force him to call it quits or will he battle back to return to the pitch at a high level? We’ll have to wait and see what’s next for PSG’s second-leading scorer in club history.
