The link between Paris Saint-Germain and Leeds United continues as not one but two Parisians could be headed across the English channel to play for the EFL Championship side that hopes to achieve promotion to the Premier League.
According to 90min, PSG are exploring the possibility of sending Adil Aouchiche and Tanguy Kouassi to Leeds on loan next season but they have to sign a professional contract with the club first.
Both players are out of contract at the end of the season and there’s no shortage of teams wanting to lure them away from the French capital.
With both players wanting more playing time, PSG hopes that a loan to a team potentially playing in the Premier League will be enough to convince them to sign a contract with the Ligue 1 leaders.
Aouchiche has claimed that he has his heart set on playing in Paris despite rumors of FC Barcelona being interested in him while Kouassi has held his cards closer to his chest with RB Leipzig offering him a bonus to play for them.
As we’ve covered in the past, Qatar Sports Investments, the group that owns PSG, is also interested in a takeover of Leeds United. If that deal goes through, loaning Aouchiche and Kouassi to Leeds sounds like it would be a win-win for everyone involved.
