It took nearly a half-hour but Paris Saint-Germain finally found their first goal of the night against FC Nantes at the Stade de la Beaujoire.
The move started with Pablo Sarabia finding Kylian Mbappé who simply put his head down and dribbled past his defender using his blistering speed.
With enough space created, Mbappé picked out a wide-open Angel Di Maria in the middle of the penalty box who fired a shot on goal and appeared to score.
However, on replay, Mauro Icardi clearly gets a touch on Di Maria’s shot while trying to jump out of the way and thankfully, the on-loan striker was onside and the goal counted.

The goal is Icardi’s first Ligue 1 goal of 2020 and his 18 of the season across all competitions.
PSG previously defeated Nantes 2-0 last December at the Parc des Princes and will be looking to defeat Les Canaris once again to increase their lead at the top of the Ligue 1 table.
