With Kylian Mbappé sprinting toward Benjamin Lecomte’s goal, Neymar made a brilliant run into the box and the Frenchman delivered a perfect ball to the Brazilian’s feet.
Neymar could have taken the shot on normally from point-blank range but Neymar is not one to do things normally.
Instead, PSG’s number 10 attempted a cheeky backheel flick that was unfortunately saved by Lecomte. The pass from Mbappé and the attempt from Neymar deserved to be capped off with a goal but credit to the keeper for coming up big in the situation.
PSG did go up 1-0 shortly after thanks to Mbappé who was released into space via an Angel Di Maria pass.
