After only scoring one goal against Club Brugge KV, Paris Saint-Germain ran away with the match. With goals from Mauro Icardi and a second-half hat trick from Kylian Mbappé who stole the show, PSG was able to win 5-0 in Belgium.
Despite scoring the opening goal, PSG couldn’t pull away from Brugge. Finally, Thomas Tuchel made the substitution that would seal the win for Les Parisiens as Mbappé came onto the field. Although not 100-percent healthy, the Frenchman made Jan Breydel Stadium his playground. Thirty-eight minutes was all Mbappé needed to score three goals and help give PSG a comfortable win.
