Players Who Could Leave PSG This Summer

By all measures, Paris Saint-Germain is having a season to remember. The club has already won the Trophée des Champions, Ligue 1, and are in the finals of the Coupe de France and semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.

The goal is for a historic quadruple, and many are betting on them to pull it off with Litecoin betting. However, once the celebrations are over, several PSG players will be suiting up for other teams next season.

Keylor Navas

The Costa Rican goalkeeper will almost certainly be departing the French capital once his contract expires at the end of June. He’s only made a handful of appearances this season to relieve Gianluigi Donnarumma, and it’s unclear if the 37-year-old goalkeeper will continue playing or retire. In his place, Arnau Tenas will step into the backup goalkeeper role.

Layvin Kurzawa

The 31-year-old left-back has been at PSG since 2015, but he’s never quite fit with the club despite several managers during his time with Paris. He’s only made one appearance this season, and there’s no reason to think Kurzawa will get a new deal to stay with PSG once his contract expires at the end of June.

Kylian Mbappé

This one stings, but all reports indicate that Kylian Mbappé will depart once his contract expires and join Real Madrid on a free transfer. His absence will leave a massive hole in PSG’s squad, especially the attack, but Luis Enrique does still have several weapons he can rely on to score goals.

Carlos Soler

As PSG prepares for the departure of Mbappé, there will be money to spend to strengthen the squad and it’s likely they bring in a quality midfielder. Carlos Soler is the most likely candidate to be moved on as he hasn’t impressed since his move to PSG in 2023 from Valencia.

Danilo Pereira

Since his arrival in 2020, Danilo Pereira has been a solid and versatile player for PSG. We’ve seen him step into the defensive midfielder role and play as a center-back and do both at a high level. However, the 32-year-old did take a step by this season and you have to wonder if his best playing days are behind him. Danilo has one year left on his current contract, so there could be a transfer fee involved if he agrees it’s time to move on.

There could be some surprise departures. The biggest one would be Marquinhos. He’s the captain of the club has has been with the club since 2013. As PSG welcomes a new era, his departure could help usher in a new mentality.
